Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish, delivering courteous, knowledgeable assistance that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Product & Service Guidance: Provide accurate information about arenaflex’s product lines, cooking programs, billing inquiries, and account details.
  • Ticket Creation & Documentation: Log every customer interaction in the ticketing system, capturing detailed notes, contact information, and resolution steps to maintain a complete service history.
  • Troubleshooting & Escalation: Diagnose issues, resolve simple problems on the spot, and intelligently route complex cases to senior support or specialized departments.
  • Record Maintenance: Update customer profiles after each call, ensuring data integrity across all arenaflex platforms.
  • Follow‑Up Communication: Proactively reach out to customers with status updates, confirming that resolutions meet expectations and documenting final outcomes.
  • Performance Adherence: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first‑call resolution, pieces per hour, and overall satisfaction scores.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and product teams to share insights, resolve systemic issues, and improve the overall customer journey.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in each language.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer systems, databases, and ticketing platforms with confidence.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
