As a Customer Marketing Lead for the United States, you will be the strategic architect and hands‑on executor of arenaflex’s Advisory Board programs. You will shape the global strategy for Accounting & Bookkeeping (AB) advisory boards while tailoring and delivering localized experiences for both AB and Small Business (SB) segments. Your work will turn advisory boards from simple feedback loops into powerful, strategic assets that influence product roadmaps, drive authentic advocacy, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Global AB Advisory Board Strategy Development

  • Partner with the Director of Customer Marketing to design a scalable, cross‑regional strategy for AB advisory boards across the US, UK, and ANZ markets.
  • Establish standardized frameworks, selection criteria, onboarding processes, and engagement models for board members.
  • Craft programming approaches that deliver high‑value experiences to participants while extracting deep strategic insights for arenaflex.
  • Define clear metrics, reporting structures, and success dashboards that demonstrate the business impact of advisory boards.
  • Collaborate with regional counterparts to adapt the global strategy to local market nuances without compromising consistency.
  • Facilitate knowledge‑sharing forums that enable best‑practice exchange across all regions.

Regional Advisory Board Execution (AB & SB)

  • Lead the end‑to‑end selection, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of AB and SB advisory board members in the United States, including distinct groups for enterprise customers where relevant.
  • Design and facilitate compelling advisory board workshops that surface actionable insights while providing tangible value to participants.
  • Build deep, trust‑based relationships with board members, understanding their business challenges to ensure relevance of their contributions.

  • Support the planning and execution of flagship events—including arenaflex‑hosted side events—beyond the scheduled workshops.
