Your Team
The Customer Success organisation at arenaflex is an international, cross‑functional squad of strategic thinkers, designers, agency veterans, and project‑management experts. As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advisor who helps brands launch, adopt, and continuously extract value from our platform. Your strategic guidance will turn first‑time users into long‑term advocates, driving higher Net Revenue Retention, deeper product usage, and stronger brand outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training: Lead new customers through a seamless onboarding journey, delivering customised training sessions that showcase the full breadth of arenaflex’s capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders, conducting regular business reviews, gathering feedback, and sharing roadmap updates.
- Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely, high‑quality resolutions and proactive communication.
- Adoption & Usage Analytics: Monitor product usage metrics, identify adoption gaps, and develop action plans to drive deeper engagement and reduce churn.
- Renewal & Expansion: Own renewal conversations, uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to expand the account footprint.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with customers to align arenaflex’s features with their evolving business objectives, translating platform capabilities into measurable outcomes.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive, end‑to‑end customer experience.

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For
- Hybrid Work Preference: Ability to spend two days per week on‑site at our St. Gallen office, embracing the local culture while maintaining flexibility.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Onboarding Expertise: Proven track record of guiding customers through adoption phases, driving product engagement, and achieving high satisfaction scores.
- Metric‑Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with key success indicators such as Adoption Rate, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Churn Rate.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in both English and German (C1+ proficiency), with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Acumen: Confidence navigating cloud‑based platforms, coupled with a passion for automating repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.
