The Senior Client Partner – Customer Success (Strategic Renewals & Expansion) is a pivotal, senior‑level individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of revenue generation and customer advocacy. You will own the end‑to‑end renewal process for our highest‑value accounts, collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and lead strategic negotiations that secure multi‑year contracts and unlock expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Renewal Ownership: Take full responsibility for the renewal lifecycle of high‑revenue customers, from early planning through contract execution.
  • Strategic Negotiations: Lead customer‑facing discussions on pricing, contract terms, and multi‑year agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Work hand‑in‑hand with CSMs to determine optimal timing for renewal or expansion conversations based on contract cadence and customer objectives.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage senior stakeholders—including procurement, finance, and marketing leaders—to navigate complex approval processes and close deals.
  • Expansion Identification: Proactively uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by aligning arenaflex’s product roadmap with evolving customer goals.
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Own and deliver against defined renewal and expansion revenue targets, contributing directly to the company’s financial objectives.
  • Accurate Forecasting: Partner with Revenue Operations to provide precise pipeline forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate planning cycles.
  • Process Innovation: Design, document, and continuously improve internal playbooks for renewals, expansions, and overall commercial strategy.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a senior voice within the Customer Success organization, influencing lifecycle strategy and championing best practices across the team.

Who You Are – Core Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning revenue‑generating renewals and delivering measurable retention and growth outcomes for high‑value accounts.
  • Deep expertise in negotiating pricing structures, contract language, and multi‑year agreements.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and drive results without extensive oversight.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills with a talent for quickly establishing trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Consultative communication style, with a solution‑oriented mindset that adds strategic value to customers.
