About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Consultant who is fluent in both English and Russian to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will become the trusted voice for our blockchain‑focused clients, handling inquiries via chat and email, building lasting relationships, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of arenaflex. You will work closely with product developers, engineers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, while continuously expanding your knowledge of emerging crypto technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, multilingual customer support for blockchain and crypto‑related products through live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Develop and nurture positive, long‑lasting relationships with users, turning first‑time contacts into loyal advocates.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed team KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and related financial technologies to provide accurate, informed assistance.
  • Safeguard sensitive user data by adhering to strict security protocols and privacy regulations.
  • Apply modern customer happiness practices, such as empathy mapping, proactive outreach, and personalized follow‑ups.
  • Maintain a deep working knowledge of arenaflex’s product suite, including wallet integrations, payment gateways, and analytics dashboards.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to relay user feedback, reproduce bugs, and suggest enhancements.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to the creation of self‑service knowledge base articles for both internal teams and end‑users.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and industry conferences to continuously sharpen your crypto expertise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Russian (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written communication).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrencies, blockchain platforms, or related financial products.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, enabling you to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
  • Positive, responsible attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Reliable personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (≥ 50 Mbps download, ≥ 40 Mbps upload).
