Key Responsibilities

  • Alumni & Learner Engagement: Cultivate deep, trust‑based relationships with current students and program alumni. Host virtual coffee chats, alumni roundtables, and networking events to keep the community active and informed.
  • Referral Generation: Identify high‑potential referral opportunities within the learner ecosystem. Conduct outbound outreach—including strategic cold calls and personalized email campaigns—to convert alumni enthusiasm into qualified leads.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Student Success, New Programs, Careers, and Academic Delivery teams to:
    • Surface top alumni advocates who can champion upcoming cohorts.

    • Integrate referral prompts seamlessly into the student journey and learning platform.
