Key Responsibilities

Administration & Data Management

  • Perform precise data entry for dairy cow sheets, ensuring each animal’s health, production, and breeding records are up‑to‑date.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of herd data to identify trends, flag anomalies, and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Process applications for herd‑share memberships, submit required forms, and maintain accurate records of participant agreements.
  • Maintain and curate the arenaflex Google Drive, organizing folders, setting permissions, and ensuring easy retrieval of critical documents.
  • Assist the Human Resources function by updating the employee handbook, preparing onboarding paperwork, and tracking compliance deadlines.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, text messages, and social‑media inquiries, delivering courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with the Amish team, confirming routes, timing, and special instructions to guarantee on‑time, safe deliveries.
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to customers regarding raw milk herd‑share details, billing cycles, and product availability.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system, noting preferences, concerns, and follow‑up actions.

Essential Qualifications
