Role Overview
This is a contract opportunity based in Redmond, Washington, with a fully remote work arrangement. You will join a dynamic, cross‑functional product team that operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST) core hours (8 am – 5 pm). The role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining a unified data repository and business intelligence (BI) infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric, while delivering insightful reports and dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Architecture & Infrastructure: Design, develop, and maintain a unified data repository that consolidates customer interaction data, transaction logs, and behavioral metrics using Microsoft Fabric.
- BI Development: Build scalable, self‑service dashboards and visualizations in Power BI that surface critical customer insights, churn predictors, and usage trends.
- Reporting & Automation: Create automated reporting workflows that deliver real‑time metrics to product managers, marketers, and senior leadership.
- Ad‑Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive analyses to answer strategic questions, validate hypotheses, and uncover hidden opportunities that influence product development.

Essential Qualifications
