Ramp Operations & Aircraft Movement
- Guide inbound and outbound aircraft on taxiways, ensuring precise gate alignment and on‑time departures.
- Operate ground support equipment—including tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts—to safely push, pull, and load aircraft.
- Load, unload, and sort passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, handling items up to 75 lb with care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the ramp crew to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area, adhering to all FAA and arenaflex safety protocols.
- Perform routine exterior inspections of aircraft, reporting any discrepancies to maintenance teams.
Customer Service & Passenger Interaction

- Assist with check‑in, ticketing, and boarding procedures using arenaflex’s reservation and ticketing software.
