Key Responsibilities

People & Team Collaboration

  • Follow guidance from supervisors and assist teammates in daily store operations.
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing store associates.

Customer Service & Consultative Sales

  • Engage customers with a consultative approach, asking probing questions to uncover their specific print, signage, graphics, or shipping requirements.
  • Provide expert recommendations on arenaflex product lines, including large‑format printing, custom signage, binding services, and domestic/international shipping options.
  • Take complex orders using the store’s order management system, ensuring accurate pricing, turnaround times, and delivery expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty and repeat business.

Production & Equipment Operations

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of printing, binding, and finishing equipment using customer‑supplied media.
  • Assemble parcels, wrap items in protective insulation, weigh packages, and affix appropriate shipping labels.
  • Monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Stock consumables, manage inventory of printing supplies, and ensure the production queue runs smoothly.

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Process transactions through the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, perform cash reconciliations, and assist with bank deposits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data, documents, and media in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Support merchandising initiatives by arranging product displays, updating signage, and ensuring promotional materials are current.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
