Key Responsibilities
- Partner Communication: Engage proactively with sales representatives, dealers, and distributors via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, courteous, and solution‑focused responses.
- Order Management: Track order status, coordinate shipment logistics, process returns or exchanges, and ensure that every transaction moves smoothly from entry to delivery.
