Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Live Chat Support Specialist who will serve as the digital front line for our customers. In this role, you will engage with shoppers in real time, answer product‑related questions, resolve order issues, and guide them through the purchasing journey—all from the comfort of your home office or a flexible on‑site workspace. Key Responsibilities
