- Asset Protection & Security: Safeguard cash, merchandise, and store assets by following established security protocols and reporting any irregularities promptly.
- Merchandise Handling: Receive shipments, unload trucks, and stock shelves efficiently, adhering to productivity standards and maintaining optimal product placement.
- Store Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the store immaculate by sweeping, mopping, restocking restrooms, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and leadership to create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both customers and staff.
