Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑centric individuals to join our Contact Center as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with account balances, transaction inquiries, online banking navigation, and a variety of everyday banking needs. Your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will directly influence the satisfaction and loyalty of arenaflex’s valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls with a courteous, solution‑focused approach, handling a high volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist customers in performing routine banking tasks such as balance checks, fund transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Guide customers through arenaflex’s digital platforms, troubleshooting technical issues and promoting self‑service options.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell arenaflex products and services that align with each customer’s financial goals.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Participate in scheduled breaks and adhere to shift rotations, including at least one weekend day and holiday coverage as required.
  • Complete a comprehensive paid training program that builds expertise in banking procedures, compliance, and advanced problem‑solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices, contribute to a supportive environment, and continuously improve service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one year of proven performance in a customer‑facing role, preferably within a call‑center or retail environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen actively, ask insightful questions, and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows operating systems, web browsers, and standard office software.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

Starting Salary: $21.50 per hour (competitive hourly rate with regular performance reviews). Start Date: November 3, 2025. Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week, with a variety of first‑shift options.
