Role Overview – Senior Manager, B2B Demand Generation & Customer Marketing

As a senior member of the global Brand & Customer Marketing team, you will own the end‑to‑end demand generation strategy for arenaflex’s Consumer Goods solutions. You will lead a high‑performing team of marketers, collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer‑success partners, and drive the execution of campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across the B2B landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate arenaflex’s corporate objectives and revenue targets into clear, actionable marketing plans for the Consumer Goods segment.
  • Demand Generation Leadership: Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel demand generation programs—including Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), content syndication, webinars, virtual events, and paid digital promotions—in partnership with the digital promotions team.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the brand team and external agency partners to produce compelling, customer‑centric content and creative assets that reinforce arenaflex’s brand voice and market positioning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular alignment sessions with sales, product marketing, product management, and customer success to ensure messaging consistency, pipeline visibility, and cross‑functional buy‑in.
  • Performance Reporting: Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and adjusting tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnership programs with industry associations, technology vendors, and thought‑leadership platforms to amplify arenaflex’s market reach.
  • Brand Integration: Support the harmonization of acquired brands and teams into the broader Marketing and Revenue Operations organization, ensuring a seamless cultural and operational transition.
  • Team Development: Mentor, coach, and inspire the Consumer Goods marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: Build scalable processes, select best‑in‑class marketing technology, and champion efficient ways of working that enable rapid execution across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Budget Stewardship: Manage the Consumer Goods marketing budget responsibly, tracking spend against forecasted ROI and ensuring fiscal discipline.

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B demand generation in the Consumer Goods (manufacturing or retail) sector.
  • Demonstrated success driving ABM campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional decision‑making and translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of juggling multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables without sacrificing quality.
  • Solid business acumen and the capacity to evaluate ideas against strategic objectives and financial metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft executive‑level presentations and succinct messaging.
  • Post‑secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
