Position Overview
The Remote Customer Relations Advisor role is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s resident‑centric service model. You will work from the comfort of your home office while representing arenaflex’s communities in major markets such as Washington D.C., Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, Tampa, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles/Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, and many more. Your mission is to guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, support current residents with timely assistance, and consistently deliver a high‑quality, personable experience across phone, email, SMS, chat, and video channels.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Prospect Engagement
- Provide detailed leasing information for arenaflex communities nationwide, tailoring quotes and appointment schedules to each prospect’s unique needs.
- Highlight community amenities, floor plans, and lifestyle benefits that align with the prospect’s preferences and budget.
- Maintain accurate prospect records in arenaflex’s CRM, ensuring every interaction is documented for future follow‑up.
- Collaborate with on‑site leasing teams to coordinate tours, virtual showings, and lease sign‑offs.
Resident Support & Service Coordination
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries regarding maintenance, emergency dispatch, amenity reservations, and community policies.
