Role Overview – Independent Contractor Customer Service Specialist

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be the voice of our client brands, handling inbound and outbound interactions across multiple industries. Your primary goal is to resolve customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and with genuine empathy, while documenting each interaction for future reference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound outreach for a variety of client campaigns, including retail promotions, healthcare assistance, insurance inquiries, and tax‑related support.
  • Assess customer needs, diagnose issues, and deliver clear, actionable solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy, especially when dealing with frustrated or difficult callers.
  • Document every interaction in the client’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of call notes.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms, tabs, and screens simultaneously without sacrificing quality or speed.
  • Meet or exceed program‑specific performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications
