Role Overview – Your Impact as a Customer Relationship Advocate

As an Entry‑Level Customer Service Representative—also known as a Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA)—you will be the first point of contact for arenaflex’s valued clients. You’ll handle inbound calls, assist with trade requests, facilitate money movements, and provide online support. This role is more than a job; it’s a structured, three‑phase development program that equips you with industry‑specific licensing, advanced communication skills, and a clear pathway to future opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound client calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Process trade orders, fund transfers, and account inquiries while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Navigate arenaflex’s proprietary platforms and multiple systems to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for the team.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors, compliance officers, and technology specialists to deliver seamless service.
  • Participate in daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve.
  • Engage in ongoing licensing preparation, study groups, and exam readiness activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling arenaflex’s suite of financial products, when appropriate.
  • Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and process improvements based on frontline experiences.

Phase 1 – Licensing Preparation (Months 1‑3)

During the initial months, you will embark on a fully sponsored licensing journey. arenaflex will provide paid study time, dedicated licensing coaches, and comprehensive workshops to help you earn the following certifications:

  • Series 7 – General Securities Representative
  • Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law
  • SIE® (Securities Industry Essentials) – Foundational knowledge for all financial professionals

These exams are rigorous, but arenaflex’s structured support system ensures you have the resources, mentorship, and time needed to succeed.

Phase 2 – Skill Development (Months 4‑6)

After obtaining your licenses, you will transition to handling more complex client interactions. This phase emphasizes:

  • Advanced problem‑solving techniques for high‑value transactions.
  • Deepening product knowledge across arenaflex’s investment platforms.
  • Weekly one‑on‑one coaching with your team leader to refine communication style.

When you demonstrate confidence and competence, arenaflex opens doors to new career pathways:

  • Shadow senior relationship managers to understand advisory roles.
  • Explore specialized tracks such as wealth management, compliance, or technology support.
  • Utilize the arenaflex Career Center for internal mobility and mentorship programs.

Essential Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Strong desire to complete the SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 exams through arenaflex’s licensing program.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Comfort with learning new technology platforms and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast‑changing environments.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications – Going the Extra Mile

  • Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role, especially within financial services.
  • Familiarity with basic financial concepts such as equities, mutual funds, and retirement accounts.
  • Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or data entry platforms.
