Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process all customer purchases, returns, and exchanges using arenaflex point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Payment Handling: Accept and verify cash, credit, debit, and digital payments while adhering to strict cash‑control procedures.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift, generate detailed transaction reports, and prepare bank deposits in accordance with arenaflex financial policies.
  • Customer Greeting & Assistance: Welcome every customer with a friendly demeanor, identify their needs, and provide prompt, courteous service that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Sales Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Leverage product knowledge to recommend arenaflex memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals, and other value‑added services, thereby increasing store revenue and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Notary Services (Optional): If you hold a Notary Public designation or are willing to obtain one within six months, provide notarization services to customers as an added convenience.

Essential Qualifications
