Position Overview

The Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) is the frontline ambassador of arenaflex’s commitment to excellence. Based in Apple Valley, MN, you will travel across multiple branch locations within the region, delivering best‑in‑class service to walk‑in customers and supporting branch teams whenever they need a knowledgeable, adaptable partner. This role blends the responsibilities of a financial concierge, technology educator, and branch support specialist, giving you a panoramic view of arenaflex’s operations and a fast‑track path to career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer‑Facing Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers, guiding them through deposit, loan, and other banking product inquiries.
  • Identify each customer’s short‑ and long‑term financial goals, then recommend tailored solutions that align with arenaflex’s portfolio of products and services.
  • Process cash, check, and electronic transactions with precision, maintaining strict cash controls and daily balancing procedures.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools—including online banking, mobile apps, and ATM functionality—to enhance convenience and financial literacy.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for deeper relationships and brand loyalty.

Branch Support & Collaboration

  • Provide on‑site assistance to branch staff, sharing best practices, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across locations.

  • Partner with branch managers to identify cross‑selling opportunities, referring customers to specialized teams (e.g., mortgage, wealth management, business banking) when appropriate.

  • Maintain compliance with all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, ensuring that each transaction meets arenaflex’s high standards.

Travel & Adaptability

  • Travel to multiple branch locations throughout the week, adapting quickly to varying team dynamics, customer demographics, and physical environments.
  • Maintain reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the region.
  • Document daily activities, branch observations, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or branch banking, demonstrating a solid foundation in cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Technical Comfort: Ability to confidently demonstrate and troubleshoot arenaflex’s digital platforms, helping customers adopt online and mobile banking.
  • Reliability: Proven dependability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to travel regularly between branches.

  • Eligibility for NMLS licensing (provided as part of career development) and notary licensing (preferred).
