Key Responsibilities
As a Part‑Time Data Entry Specialist within the Evaluation department, you will be instrumental in managing the full data lifecycle. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Data Collection & System Support: Create and maintain event records in Salesforce, upload raw data files, and ensure data collection forms are up‑to‑date for trainings and community events.
- Survey & Form Administration: Assist staff in deploying surveys via Qualtrics, monitor response rates, and act as the primary point of contact for paperwork and survey completion.
- Data Processing & Entry: Receive, organize, scan, and file paperwork; accurately input data into Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other designated platforms with meticulous attention to detail.
- Task Coordination: Review incoming data, assign follow‑up tasks to Navigators, and manage web‑based leads, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Data Security & Compliance: Follow established data security protocols, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all information handled.
- Reporting & Auditing: Run and audit Salesforce reports for accuracy, assist in drafting internal and external reports, and contribute to data visualizations using Excel charts or Salesforce dashboards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Director of Evaluation, documenting progress in Excel, SharePoint, or other tracking tools; participate in Slack and Zoom discussions to stay aligned with project goals.
- Research Support (Optional): Contribute to research projects, perform preliminary analyses of qualitative and quantitative data, and help design visual representations of findings.
Essential Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following core competencies:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in data analytics, research methods, or statistics is highly valued.
