Position Overview – At‑Home Contact Center Specialist

arenaflex is actively recruiting motivated individuals for the role of Remote Customer Support Associate.   • Reliable home workstation meeting the following minimum specifications:

    • RAM: 8 GB or more.
    • Webcam for video verification and training sessions.
    • High‑speed internet with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions, with a stable desk and ergonomic seating.
  • Availability to complete a mandatory two‑week virtual training program (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST / 8 am‑4 pm CST).
