Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the company, delivering top‑tier support to our diverse customer base. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and initiating outbound outreach to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product or service information.
  • Utilizing a Windows‑based computer system to log interactions, update customer records, and navigate multiple software platforms efficiently.
