Core Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat Assistance: Respond to inbound customer inquiries in German, diagnose issues, and provide step‑by‑step resolutions while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify complex technical problems and coordinate with engineering, product, and quality‑assurance teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Knowledge‑Base Management: Contribute to and refine internal documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to improve self‑service options for German‑speaking users.
  • Customer Education: Offer proactive guidance on best practices, feature usage, and optimization techniques to help clients maximize the value of arenaflex’s AI solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first‑response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and adherence to service‑level agreements (SLAs).
  • Feedback Loop: Relay recurring pain points and feature requests back to product development, influencing roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly retrospectives, and cross‑functional meetings to share insights and align on priorities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic audits of chat transcripts to ensure compliance with arenaflex’s quality standards and data‑privacy policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken and written German (native‑level proficiency required).
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in phone outreach or live‑chat support within the German market.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, non‑technical language.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and spelling in German.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

System & Technical Requirements

To ensure a smooth remote working experience, candidates must meet the following minimum technical specifications:

  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.

Work Schedule & Availability
