Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, bilingual (English/Spanish) New Customer Center Representative to join our expanding team. This role can be performed remotely or on‑site at our Dakota Dunes, SD hub, offering flexible shift options that respect work‑life balance. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the application process, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional experience that reflects arenaflex’s brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound application calls from potential new customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize proven sales and negotiation techniques to secure applications and collect any required up‑front fees.
  • Gather, verify, and accurately enter applicant information into our secure CRM system during both inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Educate callers on the specifics of their applications, including eligibility criteria, required documentation, and next steps.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address a wide range of inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Consistently deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to continuously improve call handling techniques.
  • Participate in scheduled coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing training modules.

Shift Options & Work Schedule

We understand that flexibility is essential. Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle:

  • Full‑time: Monday‑Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, plus every third Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Part‑time: Monday‑Friday, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, plus every third Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • No Sunday work required.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to converse naturally and professionally in both languages.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in finance, business, or communications is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and persuasive speaking style.
  • Strong computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a call‑center environment.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (for remote employees) and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Willingness to reside within 50 miles of an arenaflex location or relocate as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banking, credit card acquisition, or financial services sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or proprietary arenaflex platforms.
  • Experience handling high‑volume inbound and outbound call streams.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., CCSP, HDI).

Compensation & Benefits – A Competitive Package

Base Pay: $17.00 – $18.90 per hour, with performance‑based incentives for the top 60 % of associates.

Additional Earnings

  • Up to $3.50 per hour for non‑traditional shift work (e.g., Saturday mornings).
  • 10 % differential for bilingual proficiency, reflecting the value of your language skills.
