Open Contractor Positions

arenaflex is currently hiring three dedicated Freight Billers to support high‑volume data entry operations. All roles are 1099 independent contractor positions, fully remote, and require a personal dual‑monitor setup.

• Late Evening Biller (Closer) – Monday through Friday, 10 pm – 12 am
  • Process a lighter workload of approximately 100–120 bills per night.
  • Serve as the critical closing resource that finalizes daily billing cycles.
• Thursday & Friday Evening Biller – 5 pm – 10 pm (Thursdays & Fridays)
  • Handle a heavier volume of bills to balance end‑of‑week demand.
  • Maintain consistent throughput while ensuring data integrity.
• Thursday & Friday Extended Shift – 5 pm – 12 am (Thursdays & Fridays)
  • Combine evening workload responsibilities with late‑night closing duties.
  • Provide comprehensive coverage for both peak billing periods and final day‑end reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Freight Biller at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with the end‑to‑end processing of freight invoices. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

• Reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and extracting critical shipment details.
• Accurately entering pro numbers, shipment dates, origin/destination codes, rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorial charges into the designated freight billing system.
• Maintaining a processing speed of 40–55 bills per hour while upholding a zero‑tolerance policy for data entry errors.
• Ensuring each entry complies with client‑specific formatting, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Conducting final quality checks before submitting batches for client approval.
