Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Support

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to service members, veterans, and their families via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Address inquiries related to benefits, records, identification verification, service documentation, and other military‑related needs.
  • Maintain a calm and empathetic tone, especially when handling sensitive or urgent situations.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists while ensuring seamless continuity of service.

Data Entry & Records Management
