Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking experienced contact‑center professionals for a full‑time, remote, inbound benefit‑support role. The successful candidate will handle high‑volume calls from arenaflex beneficiaries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency. The next hiring class is slated to begin on September 22, 2025, and we are looking for individuals who are ready to start a rewarding career from the comfort of their own home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to written inquiries from arenaflex beneficiaries regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims.
  • Complete paid virtual training modules and apply newly acquired knowledge to real‑time customer interactions.
  • Utilize a PC to retrieve information, document inquiries, and track activity within arenaflex’s secure database.
  • Maintain meticulous records of each interaction, ensuring accurate tracking for future analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to guarantee timely resolution of member requests.
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to a virtual supervisor while adhering to established escalation protocols.
  • Achieve and exceed quality metrics, member‑experience scores, and first‑time resolution targets.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, such as internet connectivity or equipment issues, to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, performance reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote support environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high call‑quality scores and maintain excellent attendance records.
  • U.S. citizenship and successful completion of pre‑employment background checks.
  • Reliable personal computer or laptop with a wired internet connection capable of connecting to arenaflex’s secure client environment within five (5) minutes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex benefit information in a clear, compassionate manner.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and CRM/database tools.
  • Self‑discipline to work independently in a home‑based setting while adhering to scheduled shifts and performance expectations.

  • Experience using remote desktop or virtual private network (VPN) technologies.
