Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our remote workforce as Benefit Specialists. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients who have expressed interest in their benefits. Working from the comfort of your home, you will schedule, conduct, and document virtual benefit reviews via Zoom, guiding clients through enrollment and ensuring they understand the value of their coverage.

This is a 100 % remote, full‑time opportunity open exclusively to U.S. residents who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that applicants residing in New York or Massachusetts will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective and existing clients who have requested information about their benefits, using phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate convenient times for virtual benefit reviews, ensuring a seamless experience that respects each client’s schedule.
  • Virtual Benefit Reviews: Conduct detailed, empathetic consultations via Zoom, explaining policy options, answering questions, and tailoring recommendations to each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Guide clients through the enrollment process, completing necessary paperwork, verifying data accuracy, and confirming coverage activation.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete a comprehensive “report card” after each client interaction, capturing key discussion points, outcomes, and follow‑up actions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date on product enhancements, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide accurate, trustworthy advice.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insurance concepts in clear, relatable language.

  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic, including the ability to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
