As a Customer Support Solutions Analyst – Financial Services you will be the frontline champion of arenaflex’s cloud‑based healthcare solutions. Your expertise will help maintain the reliability of critical patient‑care workflows, directly supporting the mission of delivering frictionless care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver world‑class, empathetic support to clients navigating administrative, configuration, and usage challenges within arenaflex’s cloud platform.
  • Develop and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of arenaflex’s software suite, focusing on financial modules, patient‑care processes, and long‑term care facility workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve simple to moderately complex technical issues through log analysis, research, problem recreation, and the use of diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive timely resolutions and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize and enrich the internal knowledge base, contributing new articles, troubleshooting guides, and best‑practice documentation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed service delivery targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Document every interaction—phone, email, chat, or portal—accurately capturing issue details, investigative steps, and final resolution in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in 11 am – 8 pm shift work, providing coverage that aligns with the operational hours of our North American client base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s, or equivalent) in progress or completed.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business processes and practices within long‑term care or medical facilities, especially financial and billing workflows.
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities with a track record of troubleshooting software applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with a customer‑first mindset.
