Transaction Processing & Accuracy

  • Accurately input shipment details into the arenaflex system, verifying addresses, weight, dimensions, and service selections.
  • Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely, following company policies for transaction integrity.
  • Sell shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and ancillary services such as insurance, signature confirmation, and scheduled pickups.
  • Maintain meticulous records of each transaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Address customer inquiries promptly, ranging from tracking shipments to clarifying billing questions.
