Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls promptly, taking accurate pizza and side‑item orders while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to enter orders, process payments, and issue receipts with precision.
  • Assist walk‑in customers by greeting them, answering menu questions, and guiding them through the ordering process.
