You will work exclusively within the chat environment, handling all customer communications in German and English, sourcing parts from our internal catalog, and closing sales—all without the logistical responsibilities of shipping or returns. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to incoming chat messages from German‑speaking buyers in German, and from all other customers in English. Provide courteous, accurate, and helpful information throughout the conversation.
  • Part Identification: Listen carefully to customer descriptions, ask clarifying questions when needed, and translate the request into precise part specifications.
  • AI‑Assisted Analysis: Utilize arenaflex’s AI assistant (formerly known as ChatGPT) to interpret complex customer messages, extract part numbers, OEM codes, and other critical data.
  • Catalog Navigation: Search the arenaflex automotive catalog (formerly TecDoc) to locate the exact part that matches the customer’s request.
  • Offer Generation: Retrieve the correct SKU from arenaflex’s e‑commerce platform, generate a competitive price quote, and present the offer to the customer directly within the chat window.
  • Sales Closure: Guide the buyer through the purchase process, answer any follow‑up questions, and confirm the transaction, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Log each interaction, part lookup, and sale in the designated CRM system to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training sessions on the arenaflex catalog, AI tools, and sales techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.

Work Schedule & Availability

  • Core hours: Must be available during German business hours (08:00 – 17:00 CET).
  • Flexibility: Option to extend availability beyond core hours for additional earnings; each successful sale beyond the standard schedule is rewarded.
  • Remote work: Position is fully remote, requiring a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset with a microphone.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near‑native fluency in German and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand automotive terminology, part numbers, and vehicle specifications.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a chat‑based support or sales role, preferably within e‑commerce or automotive sectors.
