Position Overview

The Remote Customer Experience Concierge – arenaflex Premium Chat Professional is a full‑time, remote‑first role that serves our high‑value card members. You will act as the face of arenaflex, delivering personalized, proactive assistance through live chat, phone, and video channels. This role blends hospitality, travel expertise, and financial service knowledge to ensure each member feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Welcome & Access: Greet members as they arrive virtually or physically at arenaflex lounges, verify identity, and provide seamless entry to exclusive services.
