  • Problem Solving: Investigate complex customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions while documenting each step in our CRM system.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory and internal policies related to data security, privacy, and transaction processing.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fraud, collections, and product teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer journey.
