Key Responsibilities

  • Storefront Management: Create, edit, and optimize product listings on arenaflex’s marketplace, ensuring each entry is accurate, compelling, and SEO‑friendly.
  • Order Processing: Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment, including order verification, shipment tracking, and timely communication with customers regarding order status.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking efforts with suppliers, and update inventory records to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input product details, pricing, SKU numbers, and promotional information into arenaflex’s backend systems, maintaining data integrity at all times.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive research, identify emerging trends, and compile actionable insights that inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or messaging platforms, providing courteous, solution‑focused assistance and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores; generate regular reports to highlight successes and pinpoint improvement areas.
