What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive projects forward to meet aggressive deadlines and budgets
• Manage and track project deliverables using ServiceNow PPM and Google Workspace tools
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters and schedules
• Lead project meetings, document minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions
• Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation and resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage large teams and adapt quickly in a highly process-oriented environment
• Experience driving complex projects with multiple dependencies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Program Management experience
• Experience with Epic or Cerner implementations
• Familiarity with EMR/application builds for healthcare facilities
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM
