Media Buyer — Personal Injury Lead Generation (Remote, Contract-to-Hire)
Company Overview Kurios Brand is a boutique lead generation company that partners with personal injury and motor vehicle accident (MVA) law firms across the US. We’re growing and looking for a media buyer who knows the PI space inside and out.
Job Description
We need a media buyer to build and run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns that generate personal injury and MVA leads. You’ll manage Kurios’s ad accounts and be responsible for lead volume, quality, and cost efficiency. This is a contract position with a clear path to full-time employment based on results. Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search) - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) for PI lead gen - Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies across both platforms - Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, and lead quality metrics - Build and test ad creative, audiences, and landing pages - Ensure all campaigns comply with TCPA, state bar advertising rules, and platform policies - Report on performance weekly and recommend scaling strategies Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads AND Meta Ads management - Proven experience generating leads for personal injury or MVA law firms - Track record managing $10K+/month in combined ad spend - Knowledge of legal advertising regulations and compliance requirements - Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and reporting - Strong understanding of high-CPC legal markets - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications: - Google Ads - Meta - Experience with GoHighLevel, CallRail, or similar legal marketing tools - Landing page design or CRO skills Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
