Physician and APP Sourcing Specialist – Dermatology
Job Description:
- Source physicians and APPs via LinkedIn, Doximity, job boards, and residency programs
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
- Use sales techniques to engage passive candidates
- Conduct initial candidate qualification
- Transition candidates to recruiters
- Maintain ATS/CRM records
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Track and report sourcing metrics
- Stay informed on market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1–3+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or sales/business development
- Proven success in outbound prospecting or sales environments
- Experience with cold calling and pipeline generation
- Track record of meeting performance metrics
- Ability to influence and sell opportunities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems
- Knowledge of medical specialties preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
