Business Director
Role: Business Director Industry: AI, Workforce Upskilling. Location: U.S (New York or willing to relocate) We’ve partnered with a rapidly expanding enterprise AI scale-up as they build out their U.S presence. They’ve grown revenue x8 in the last year, secured backing from leading global investors, and are already partnering with major players across banking, insurance, fintech, and retail. This leader will be responsible for the long-term success and expansion of the company’s most strategic enterprise customers in the US. You’ll play a central role in shaping their regional growth strategy and eventually build and lead a high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and surpass upsell and expansion targets while driving strong net revenue retention
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding through renewal and multi-market expansion
- Create and execute account strategies that unlock new revenue pathways
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, aligning solutions with their broader business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact implementations and scale deployments
- Feed market and client insights directly into product, GTM, and regional strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or complex client-facing roles
- Strong communicator with sharp commercial judgment
- Hands-on problem solver who asks the right questions
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong advantage
