- Analyze existing business strategies and processes to unveil potential for data-driven value.
- Identify high-impact areas for data and AI-driven innovations and evaluate use cases.
- Structure complex issues into prioritized actions and create actionable roadmaps.
- Design organizational and governance models for effective data and AI use.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategy development or organizational consulting, ideally in data or digital strategy.
- Strong consulting toolkit, including strategic conceptualization, project management, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of relevant data and AI use cases in businesses, with an ability to assess their impact and value.
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative work ethic.
- Fluent in German at C1 level, both spoken and written.
