ADP Workforce Now Consultant
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced ADP Workforce Now Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise across the full ADP Workforce Now platform. This role requires a well-rounded consultant who can support strategy, configuration, optimization, implementation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support across all major modules. The ideal candidate is both functional and technical, with a strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, time, talent, reporting, integrations, and compliance processes. This person should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure the system is fully optimized and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now across all major modules
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations, enhancements, reconfigurations, and optimization initiatives
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ADP Workforce Now solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy system updates and process improvements
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support to end users and internal teams
- Advise on best practices for system design, workflow efficiency, data integrity, and compliance
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business processes
- Support integrations between ADP Workforce Now and third-party systems
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Assist with audits, year-end processing, and compliance-related activities
- Develop documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Provide recommendations for improving system utilization, automation, and user experience

- ACA / compliance-related functionality
- Reporting and analytics

- Workflow configuration
- Data imports/exports and integrations
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of hands-on
ADP Workforce Now experience
- Proven expertise across multiple ADP Workforce Now modules, with the ability to support the platform holistically
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes
- Experience leading implementations, optimizations, and system remediation projects
- Ability to gather requirements, configure solutions, test thoroughly, and support deployment
- Strong understanding of reporting, data validation, audits, and process documentation
- Experience supporting integrations and data flows between ADP and other systems
- Knowledge of payroll and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-state, multi-entity, or complex organizational environments
- Prior consulting experience in fast-paced or client-facing settings
- Exposure to change management and user training
- Experience with system assessments, clean-up projects, or post-implementation stabilization
- ADP certifications or formal ADP platform training

- 1099/C2C, contract roles.
