Sales Account Executive, Alabama, West Georgia
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Understand our AI-based medical tests, their applications, and the value they bring to healthcare providers and patients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
- Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage
- 5-8 Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
