Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating virtual meetings across different time zones.
  • Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritizing, and responding as appropriate.
  • Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
