# Client & Insurance Administration Specialist Location: Remote (U.S. PT// MT//CT TIME ZONE based preferred) Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 25–30 hours per week) Compensation: $20–$25/hour DOE + bonus and/or commission opportunities based on contribution, performance, and insurance knowledge --- ## About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Client & Insurance Administration Specialist to support a fast-paced insurance brokerage environment. This role serves as the operational support partner to a highly client-facing insurance broker whose primary focus is developing new client relationships, managing complex client situations, and growing the business. The ideal candidate will assist with workflow coordination, communication, follow-through, client support, and insurance administration while helping ensure day-to-day operations remain organized and moving efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting client relationships, and helping busy environments run smoothly. --- ## Core Responsibilities ### Client & Communication Support - Assist with client servicing requests and follow-up communication - Maintain professional communication with clients, lenders, underwriters, and carrier representatives - Follow up regarding documentation, payments, renewals, and outstanding items - Help maintain a responsive and organized client experience ### Insurance Administration Support - Assist with quotes, requotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy updates - Track pending items and maintain organized workflow visibility - Coordinate policy documentation, lender requests, and follow-ups - Maintain accurate notes and status updates within internal systems ### Workflow & Operational Coordination - Help manage daily priorities and moving tasks - Maintain accountability and follow-through on action items - Support organization and communication across ongoing client activity - Assist with workflow improvements and operational efficiency --- ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong with communication and follow-through - Comfortable managing multiple priorities - Proactive and resourceful - Able to work independently in a remote environment - Comfortable supporting a fast-moving workflow with changing priorities You do not need to know everything on day one, but you must be adaptable, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable keeping operations organized. --- ## Preferred Experience Preferred: - Insurance agency or brokerage experience - Customer service or client coordination experience - Experience with administrative operations or workflow management - Familiarity with CRM systems or agency management software Also considered: - Executive assistant backgrounds - Operations coordinators - Administrative support professionals - Client success or customer support specialists --- ## Schedule & Availability - Approximately 25–30 hours per week - Flexible remote work environment - Availability across Pacific Time (PT) and Central Time (CT) business hours preferred - Strong responsiveness and communication are important in this role --- ## Compensation & Growth Opportunity - Starting at $20–$25/hour depending on experience - Bonus and/or commission opportunities available based on contribution, insurance knowledge, and performance - Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and compensation growth over time - Flexible remote work environment --- ## To Apply Please submit: - Resume - Brief summary of relevant experience - Any insurance licenses or insurance-related experience (if applicable) - Short note describing your experience with workflow management, customer communication, or operational support We are looking for someone who enjoys helping busy environments run smoothly and takes pride in keeping operations organized and moving forward.
