Executive Virtual Event Planner

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Executive Virtual Event Planner to design, manage, and execute exceptional online culinary and social gatherings. This fully remote position requires a meticulous organizer with a passion for food, technology, and seamless event execution. You will be the lead strategist, conceptualizing engaging virtual dining experiences, coordinating with culinary partners for curated meal kits and ingredient deliveries, and managing all technical aspects of live streaming and interactive platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop unique virtual catering event concepts, including themed parties, corporate team-building activities, educational workshops, and celebratory gatherings. Source, vet, and manage relationships with a network of high-quality virtual catering partners and ingredient suppliers across various regions. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all logistical elements are covered for remote participants. Oversee the end-to-end execution of virtual events, including pre-event communication, technical setup, live hosting, and post-event follow-up. Manage virtual event platforms, ensuring smooth integration of video conferencing, interactive polls, Q&A sessions, and other engagement tools. Coordinate the logistics of meal kit or ingredient box delivery to participants' homes, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events to ensure a flawless participant experience. Gather feedback from clients and participants to continuously improve virtual event offerings. Stay current with the latest trends in virtual events, technology, and the culinary world. Qualifications: Proven experience in event planning, preferably with a focus on virtual or hybrid events. Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a strong plus. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo) and other relevant technologies. Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for food and beverage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with clients, vendors, and participants remotely. Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fully remote work environment. Experience in managing logistics, including delivery coordination, is highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
