Strategic Account Manager – Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports
Job Description:
- Own and exceed revenue targets across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including expansion and retention strategies
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, VP-level) across customer organizations
- Drive complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving OEMs, resellers, and cloud partners
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with roadmap and innovation
- Lead joint account planning with partners and customers to identify growth opportunities
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with marketing
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements:
- 10-12+ years of enterprise SaaS or infrastructure sales experience
- Proven success selling into Media, Entertainment, Gaming, or Sports industries
- Track record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million ARR preferred)
- Experience working with channel partners, OEMs, and cloud ecosystems
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with storage, data infrastructure, or cloud platforms preferred.
