Established in 2022, our clinic continues to expand nationally through a systems-based telehealth model designed for scalable, high-quality continuity care. Our patient population consists largely of motivated adults and working professionals seeking structured, long-term metabolic and hormone optimization support. Functional medicine intakes and complex case design remain with the DNP clinical lead. Weight loss and hormone services operate within clearly defined clinical frameworks to support consistency, efficiency, and strong patient outcomes. We are seeking a clinician interested in long-term alignment within a structured and growing telehealth practice. Role Overview This provider will focus exclusively on:

Functional medicine intakes remain with the DNP clinical lead. This is a continuity-care role within an established clinical system. Clinical Structure & Workflow

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • An updated personal computer/laptop capable of supporting telehealth workflows
  • Quality audio/video capability
  • A professional, distraction-free clinical environment suitable for patient care

Our workflows and scheduling systems are designed to support efficient, consistent, high-quality telehealth care. Documentation & Professional Expectations Providers are expected to maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic workflows and billing requirements. All visit documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient encounter to support operational and billing timelines. This role is best suited for clinicians who are highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating within structured clinical systems while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and consistency. Reliable communication and schedule consistency are essential within our collaborative telehealth model. We value professionalism, patient continuity, clear communication, and long-term provider alignment. Licensure Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Consistent weekly availability is required

The agreed-upon schedule at onboarding is considered a material term of employment. This role is not structured for fluctuating or short-term schedule adjustments.

Compensation

Compensation is based on a structured per-visit productivity model designed to support schedule flexibility and consistent patient demand.
