- About the Opportunity:
The Senior Analyst, Services Operations (Partnerships) plays a critical role in linking operational data with execution to drive key strategic initiatives. This position focuses on optimizing two-sided marketplace dynamics within the largest demand channel, ensuring the right professionals are matched with homeowners while maximizing revenue and marketplace health. The role involves analyzing behavior patterns, overseeing major retail partnerships, and developing data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across retail partnerships
- Develop and pilot complex service programs involving multiple providers to establish pricing and delivery standards
- Manage the launch and national expansion of new service offerings balancing growth, profitability, and customer experience
- Oversee and refine BPO-led workflows and Standard Operating Procedures to improve professional-to-job matching and network efficiency
- Act as the primary operational lead for Retail Growth Managers, addressing partner challenges and supporting ad-hoc business needs
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar fast-paced tech environment
- Strong quantitative skills with expert-level Excel; SQL proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize multi-channel data into strategic business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint
- Skilled in project management and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Self-motivated and capable of independent execution
- High attention to detail and committed to quality assurance
- Experience using AI tools to enhance and accelerate analytical work
- Interest in home services, marketplaces, and product-centric companies
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
