Must Haves ● 3-5 years doing the work outlined in a fast-paced graphics environment as a Production Coordinator ●Agency, Gaming or large brand background within Marketing/Publishing handling 2D assets. ● Experience with PM software (Ideally Airtable and/or Wrike) ● A deep understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices ● Ability to drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision. ● Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions. ● Strong project management and organizational skills. ● Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond. ● Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company ● You’re user-focused, solutions-focused, and innovative. Day to Day A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST - Producer to join a team within Creative Services. This person will focus on ensuring teams have updated and accurate information available via the project management and coordination tools. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within marketing environments. In this role, you will: ● Track progress on first-party product production to help plan publishing production efforts against these by creating project plans, scheduling meetings, taking notes, scoping resourcing needs, and otherwise helping the team stay organized and on track. ● Work with internal Partnerships teams and external IP holders to understand rights and approvals processes for licensed promotional materials. ● Assist in creating and documenting production processes for supporting first-party products in publishing promotion efforts. ● Coordinate with marketing, community, and localization teams to define asset needs and support weekly communications across all languages ● Gather specs and messaging to create, track, localize, and deliver assets for the global Publishing team. This can include assets for social channels, in-game, websites, merchandising and swag, and platform stores. ● Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.
